Dŵr Cymru Cyf is seeking an experienced ServiceNow specialist to manage and support ServiceNow and a portfolio of critical applications. You will work with stakeholders, suppliers and technical teams to ensure security, compliance and timely delivery, and oversee offshore development resources.

Qualifikationen

• Educated to A level in a relevant discipline.
• Demonstrable experience of working in an application support environment (at least 2 years).
• Proficiency in JavaScript and the configuration, development and administration of the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience reviewing ServiceNow configuration and JavaScript, guiding development teams to standards.
• Experience working under pressure during tight project deadlines or incidents.
• Experience in a mixed managed environment with a 3rd party IT Partner (preferably offshore).
• Team player with strong customer service focus.

Aufgaben

• Provide end-to-end support and management for ServiceNow and assigned applications, including monitoring, incidents, problems, dashboards, and standby support.
• Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions using platform tools and scripting, maintaining designs per standards.
• Provide technical oversight of the ServiceNow team and third-party developers, ensuring quality.
• Plan and deliver changes, upgrades and patches with testing and governance approvals.
• Maintain roadmaps with stakeholders, keeping apps current and aligned with digital strategy.
• Ensure support models, security, licensing and maintenance controls are in place.
• Manage suppliers through reviews and ITIL processes, representing groups and ensuring reliable service.
• Maintain knowledge articles and documentation; support ongoing ServiceNow expertise.
• Build collaborative relationships with owners and vendors to promote service excellence and business cases for changes.
