Service & Warranty Supervisor - Perrys Vauxhall Huddersfield

Hours: to be discussed

Salary: negotiable depending on experience

Perrys are one of the UK’s largest Car Dealership Groups, serving customers since 1908 with over 50 branches across the country. They are an official franchised dealer for many of the UK’s most popular car and commercial vehicle brands, including Ford, Kia, Mazda, and Vauxhall.

Service & Warranty Supervisor role:
  1. Supervise and coordinate daily service department activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
  2. Process and manage warranty claims in compliance with manufacturer guidelines, ensuring timely submissions and accurate documentation.
  3. Lead and support a team of service advisors and technicians.
  4. Prepare and present regular reports on service performance, warranty claims, and departmental KPIs to senior management.
Key Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a service or warranty supervisory role within the automotive industry.
  2. Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
  3. Familiarity with dealer management systems and warranty processing software.
