We are currently looking for a Service Technician with a MOT Licence, to join us at our Main car dealership in Letchworth Garden City. We believe in ‘being the best’ and we only want the best to work with us.

Key role responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles
• Liaise with customers explaining repairs and issues
• Test the functionality of parts and systems
• Carry out MOT’s and retests, following DVSA framework
• Complete all required paperwork in line with franchise and company standards
• Perform basic auto care and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotation.
• Repair and replace brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors and other parts
• Willingness to learn with hands-on training
• Maintain the cleanliness of the workshop at all times
• Keep up-to-date with the most recent changes in technology, techniques and in the commercial developments

What we need from you:

• A full UK driving licence is essential
• Must have current up to date MOT Licence
• Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
• A high level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
• Team player with a positive and can-do attitude
• Self-motivated and customer-focused
• Ability to deliver customer distinction at all times
• Enthusiastic approach to your ongoing learning and development

Hours :Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm, alternate Saturdays 8am to 12pm
