Responsibilities

• Support in carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
• Respond to same-day call outs, scheduled repairs, and upgrades across various ASSA ABLOY products related to Commercial and Industrial doors.
• Provide excellent customer service to meet client needs and standards.
• Fulfill customer requirements in a friendly and professional manner.
• Complete work assigned by the planning department.
• Advise customers on repairs and upgrades.
• Perform PPM visits at customer sites.
• Carry out quoted repairs and upgrades.
• Attend to same-day call outs to ensure building security.
• Travel within your region to various customer locations.
• Adhere to our 'Safety First' culture.
