Job Title: Service Technician - Volkswagen South Oxford

Salary: £37,894 Basic plus uncapped OTE based on individual performance, team profit, and CSI Bonus

Hours: 45-hour working week with weekends on a rota basis

The role

Join our team as a skilled Service Technician supporting our popular brand at state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training is provided, so brand experience is not necessary. Regular updates through manufacturer training and our Marshall Academy will keep you current with the latest technology.

Who you are

• Experienced Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with the ability to work efficiently
• Team player comfortable with set processes and procedures
• Qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry-recognized qualification (Level 3 preferred, Level 2 considered)
• Ability to carry out MOTs is desirable but not essential
• Motivated, dedicated, organized, with a focus on Health & Safety
• Tech-savvy and confident using iPad software

What you’ll do

• Service and maintain all vehicles across the brand
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty work
• Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil and filter changes
• Complete job cards and electronic write-ups on franchise platforms
• Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
• Support Apprentice Technicians as required
