Job description

Job Title: Service Technician - Volkswagen Kidlington

Salary: £38,463 Basic plus uncapped OTE based on individual performance, team profit, and CSI Bonus

Hours: 45-hour working week with weekends on a rota basis

The Role: Join our team as a skilled Vehicle Technician supporting our brand in state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training is provided, including updates on the latest technology through manufacturer courses and Marshall Academy.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experienced Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with the ability to work efficiently
  • Team player familiar with set processes and procedures
  • Qualified Vehicle Technician with industry-recognized certification (Level 3 preferred, Level 2 considered)
  • Ability to carry out MOTs is desirable but not essential
  • Motivated, organized, and focused on Health & Safety
  • Tech-savvy and confident with iPad software

Responsibilities:

  • Perform servicing and maintenance on vehicles
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty work
  • Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil and filter changes
  • Complete job cards and electronic write-ups
  • Perform electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
  • Support Apprentice Technicians as needed
