The Role: Join our team as a skilled Service Technician supporting our brand in state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training provided, no specific brand experience required. Continuous training through manufacturer programs and Marshall Academy.

Who You Are:

• Experienced Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with the ability to work efficiently
• Team player familiar with set processes and procedures
• Qualified with an industry-recognized qualification (Level 3 preferred, Level 2 considered)
• Ability to carry out MOTs is desirable but not essential
• Motivated, organized, and safety-conscious
• Technologically proficient, comfortable using iPad software

What You’ll Do:

• Service and maintain vehicles across the brand
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty work
• Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil and filter changes
• Complete job cards and electronic write-ups on franchise platforms
• Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
• Support Apprentice Technicians as needed
