What You'll Do
- Service, repair, refurbish, and improve: Working with Tesla-specific software and advanced tools, performing repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles.
- Be driven: Efficiently completing repairs and exceeding expectations on quality and productivity.
- Become proficient to perform all common repairs and some complex repairs independently.
- Ensure top quality: Fix it right the first time, inspecting vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery.
- Collaborate: Working across teams (local and regional) to share support and best practices to improve the used car and service experience.
- Develop: Participate in in-house training to develop your technical skills and share knowledge with the team.
What You'll Bring
- Technically experienced: Professional experience in vehicle service and repairs within automotive, aviation, marine, or similar industries.
- Technically qualified: Relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in the UK. Self-manage your technical development.
- A good communicator: Proficient in English and/or local language, able to communicate clearly and respectfully.
- Safe to drive: Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Flexible: Willing to work shifts, including weekends, mornings, and evenings.
- Willing to travel as needed.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
