We are currently recruiting a Service Technician on a Permanent basis to join our team working across the Stirling wind farms.
As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining Nordex wind turbines in the UK. Your tasks include repairs, troubleshooting, fault-finding, and ensuring high turbine availability.
Your responsibilities include:
Core hours are 40 per week (Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm). Overtime and on-call work at weekends are required, with pay enhancements.
Ideal candidates will have mechanical or electrical industry experience, knowledge of technical diagrams, relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3), and the ability to analyze technical data and solve problems. You should be computer literate, with experience in MS Office and ideally SAP. The role involves working at heights up to 100m and travel, including nights away, with a full UK/EU driving license.
