What you would do as our Service Engineer

We are looking for someone to be part of our Service Engineer Community. The ideal candidate will represent our brand and uphold our customer-centric approach by servicing our customer base. You would support in carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), respond to same-day call outs, and perform scheduled repairs and upgrades across various ASSA ABLOY products related to Commercial and Industrial doors. This critical customer-facing role requires the highest level of customer service, and your responsibilities would include:

• Fulfilling customer requirements in a friendly and professional manner.
• Completing work assigned by our planning department.
• Providing advice & guidance to customers on repairs and upgrades.
• Completing PPM visits at customer sites.
• Carrying out quoted repairs and upgrades.
• Attending same-day call outs to ensure building security.
• Traveling to various customer locations within your region.
• Working within our "Safety First" culture.
