About the role

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician (fully qualified Plumber) to install and service our HydroTaps (training provided). As a Service Technician at Zip, you will be customer-focused, with strong fault-finding skills and excellent attention to detail. Reliability, professionalism, and organization are key attributes for this role.

This position offers independence to succeed in diverse and challenging environments, while being part of a high-performing and supportive team.

Skills & experience

• Full trade qualifications as a Plumber
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Efficient time management
• Previous experience in the appliance, coffee machine, or hot water industry
• Australian residency and eligibility for security clearance
