Service Technician - Nissan Oxford

Salary: £37,629 Basic plus uncapped OTE based on individual performance, team profit, and CSI bonus.

Hours: 45-hour working week with weekends on a rota basis.

Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, and pension scheme.

The Role:

As a Service Technician, you will support our popular brand in state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training is provided, with ongoing updates through manufacturer training and our Marshall Academy.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with technical expertise.
  • Team player comfortable with set processes and procedures.
  • Qualified Vehicle Technician with industry-recognized qualification (Level 3 preferred, Level 2 considered).
  • Ability to carry out MOTs is desirable but not essential.
  • Motivated, organized, with a focus on Health & Safety.
  • Tech-savvy and confident with iPad software.

What You’ll Do:

  • Service and maintain vehicles across the brand.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty work.
  • Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil and filter changes.
  • Complete job cards and electronic write-ups.
  • Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs).
  • Support Apprentice Technicians as needed.
