Service Technician / MOT Tester

Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for our client, a Main Dealer, looking to recruit a motivated Service Technician / MOT Tester to join their team.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Carry out diagnosis and preparation of vehicles to meet the client's standards before collection.
2. Work effectively as part of a team or independently to deliver outstanding customer service.
3. Build effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
4. Complete inspections and other activities as required by the Team Leader and Manager.
5. Analyze work orders to understand vehicle condition, diagnosis accuracy, and agreed work, informing clients of any changes in price or additional work.
6. Carry out warranty work according to the client's standards.

Skills Required:

• A full and valid UK driving licence.
• Commitment to providing first-class customer service.
• Systematic and organized, with attention to detail.
• Qualifications within a workshop or garage, such as college courses or apprenticeships, are preferred.
