Qualifications

Hours: Full time, multiple shift patterns available

Salary: £ - £ DOE + shift allowance + overtime

The Role

Join our team as a skilled technician supporting Mercedes-Benz Van in our state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training is provided, with ongoing training through manufacturer programs and Marshall Academy.

Who You Are

  • Experienced vehicle, car/van technician or mechanic with technical expertise
  • Team player, comfortable with processes and procedures
  • Qualified vehicle technician, ideally with Level 3 industry-recognized qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent)
  • Ability to carry out pre-MOT inspections
  • Motivated, organized, and focused on health & safety
  • Tech-savvy and confident with iPad software

What You’ll Do

  • Service and maintain all vans across the brand
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty work
  • Perform MOT testing duties if qualified
  • Complete job cards and electronic write-ups
  • Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
  • Support apprentice technicians as required
