Salary: £36,081 Basic plus uncapped OTE based on individual performance, team profit, and CSI bonus

Hours: 45-hour working week with weekends on a rota basis

The Role

As a skilled technician, you will join our team supporting Mercedes-Benz & Smart brands in state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training is provided, with regular updates to keep you current with the latest technology through manufacturer and Marshall Academy training.

Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with the ability to work efficiently
  • Team player comfortable with set processes and procedures
  • Qualified Vehicle Technician with industry-recognized qualification (Level 3 preferred, Level 2 considered), such as IMI, City & Guilds
  • Ability to carry out MOTs is desirable but not essential; full training provided
  • Motivated, dedicated, organized, with a focus on Health & Safety
  • Tech-savvy and confident with iPad software
Responsibilities
  • Service and maintain vehicles across the brand
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults, including warranty work
  • Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil and filter changes
  • Complete job cards and electronic write-ups on franchise platforms
  • Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
  • Support Apprentice Technicians as required
