Salary: £38,225 Basic plus uncapped OTE based on individual performance, team profit, and CSI bonus

Hours: 45-hour week with weekends on a rota basis

The Role: Join our team as a skilled Service Technician supporting our Mercedes-Benz brand. Full manufacturer training provided, no specific brand experience required. Regular updates through manufacturer training and Marshall Academy.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with the ability to work efficiently
• Team player, comfortable with set processes and procedures
• Qualified Vehicle Technician, ideally Level 3 (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent), Level 2 considered
• Ability to carry out MOTs is desirable but not essential
• Motivated, organized, and committed to Health & Safety
• Tech-savvy and confident with iPad software

Responsibilities:

• Servicing and maintenance of vehicles
• Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic fault diagnosis and repair
• Vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil and filter changes
• Completing job cards and electronic write-ups
• Performing electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
• Supporting Apprentice Technicians
