Service Technician III

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Complete service requests promptly and efficiently.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to residents.
  3. Repair and/or install appliances and HVAC units to maintain quality housing.
  4. Comply with all environmental, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
  5. Handle additional maintenance tickets as assigned.
Requirements:
  1. At least 3 years' experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills.
  2. EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal).
  3. Experience in HVAC installation and troubleshooting.
  4. Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
  5. Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
  6. Pass criminal background check and pre-employment drug test.
  7. Ability to lift 100 lbs.
  8. Spanish language skills are a plus.
  9. Strong initiative and customer service skills.
