Qualifications

• Technical qualification in fitting, mechanical, electronic, or electrical.
• Background in dairy machines and equipment is preferable.

• Manage stock in your van and reorder materials as needed.

Dairymaster are currently recruiting for: Service Technician Dairy Equipment

Job Type: Full Time
Location: Dairymaster Global Headquarters, Causeway, Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland.

Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Provide a high level of technical support for our customers
• Undertake daily customer service calls for breakdown/repair/service.
• Submit service dockets and reports through our internal Service app.
• Where appropriate initiate sales enquiries and forward to the service office.
• Manage stock in your van, reorder materials when needed.
• Full Clean Drivers Licence preferable.
• Be willing to keep technical skills up to date and undergo training as required.
• Overtime opportunities available.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Technical qualification, fitter, mechanical, electronic, or electrical.
• Background indairy machines and equipment, preferable but not essential as all training will be provided.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving ability is essential.

Viewing of a portfolio either online or soft copy is desirable.
