What You'll Do

• Service, repair, and improve Tesla vehicles using Tesla-specific software and advanced tools, performing repairs and maintenance with or without supervision according to your skill level.
• Ensure top quality by inspecting vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery, working to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate across teams (local and regional) to share support and best practices, enhancing the service experience.
• Develop your skills through dedicated in-house training on Tesla technology and electric vehicle repair.

What You'll Bring

• Technical experience in vehicle service and repairs within automotive, aviation, marine, or similar industries.
• Relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs (preferred but not mandatory); self-management of your technical development is expected.
• Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• A full UK driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, mornings, and evenings, and willingness to travel for mobile repairs when needed.
