What You'll Do
You will:
  • Service, repair, and improve Tesla vehicles using Tesla-specific software and advanced tools, performing repairs and maintenance with or without supervision based on your skill level,
  • Ensure top quality: inspect vehicles diligently before return and pre-delivery, working to the highest standards to fix it right the first time,
  • Collaborate: work across teams (local and regional), sharing support and best practices to improve the service experience,
  • Develop: benefit from dedicated in-house training on Tesla-specific technology and electric vehicle repair, setting you up for success.

What You'll Bring
You should have:
  • Technical experience: performing vehicle service and repairs in automotive, aviation, marine, or similar industries,
