Salary: £36,604 basic plus OTE £45,170, based on individual performance, team profit, and CSI bonus

Hours: 45 hours per week, with Saturday mornings on a rota basis

About the Role

Join our team as a skilled Service Technician supporting our brand at our state-of-the-art facilities. Full manufacturer training will be provided, so previous brand experience is not necessary. You will receive ongoing manufacturer-specific training and development through our Marshall Academy.

Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with the ability to work efficiently
  • Team player comfortable with set processes and procedures
  • Industry-recognized qualification, ideally Level 3 (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent), Level 2 considered
  • Ability to carry out MOTs is desirable but not essential, full training provided
  • Motivated, dedicated, organized, with a focus on health & safety
  • Tech-savvy, confident with iPad software
Responsibilities
  • Servicing and maintenance of vehicles across the brand
  • Fault diagnosis and repair (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic), including warranty work
  • Vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil and filter changes
  • Completing job cards and electronic write-ups on franchise platforms
  • Performing electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
  • Supporting Apprentice Technicians as needed
