Peoples Ford Falkirk is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to begin their career as a Service Technician Apprentice through the Scottish Modern Apprenticeship framework at SCQF Level 7.
This apprenticeship provides a structured pathway into the automotive industry, combining paid employment with nationally recognised training and qualifications. Working alongside experienced Ford technicians, the apprentice will gain hands‑on experience, technical expertise, and a strong understanding of Ford vehicles, systems, and customer service standards.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a passion for mechanics, problem‑solving, and developing a long‑term career in the motor industry.
Approximately 20% of your working week will be dedicated to Off‑the‑Job (OTJ) learning, including online learning, classroom sessions, and workshop training.

All training is delivered in line with IMI and ESFA requirements.
