A leading company in agricultural equipment services is seeking a skilled technician to perform diagnostics and repairs on John Deere products. In this customer-facing role, you'll be responsible for maintaining high service standards while building strong relationships with customers. Job Function:
Reporting to the Service Manager, the main purpose of the job is to be able to carry out high standard diagnostics, servicing and repairs to John Deere and other equipment for new and existing customers.
This is a customer facing role which requires you to build strong customer relationships and deliver world class customer service.
