A major automotive retail group in Reading is looking for a skilled Service Technician to perform vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. Ideal candidates will have prior experience, a recognized qualification, and a motivation to work in a team-oriented environment. Training will be provided for brand-specific technologies and processes. This full-time role offers a competitive salary with benefits.
Service Technician – Marshall Seat Reading
Salary: £36,557 Basic plus OTE £44,678 Uncapped, based on individual performance, team profit, and CSI Bonus
Hours: 45-hour working week with Saturday mornings on a rota basis
