Job summary

Pentagon Motor Group is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our Derby Mackworth aftersales team. You will carry out servicing, repairs and diagnostic work to manufacturer standards, including visual health checks and safety verifications, ensuring roadworthy vehicles and high customer satisfaction.

We require at least 3 years in a workshop, Level 3 NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent, and a full UK driving license (max 6 points). An MOT license is preferable.

Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of practical workshop experience.
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points).
• MOT License would be preferable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, repairs and diagnosing faults to manufacturer standards.

Are you an experienced and qualified Vehicle Technician, who can carry out general servicing and maintenance on vehicles with basic diagnostic skills who is looking to join a supportive team, progress your career and work with an established brand? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carrying out servicing, repairs and diagnosing faults efficiently and accurately to manufacturer standards
• Carrying out visual health checks
• Ensures vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and meet customer expectations, supporting the Pentagon Group's reputation for excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified to level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent
• MOT License would be preferable but not essential
• At least 3 years of practical experience working in a workshop environment
• Takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a busy team
• Full UK driving license (max 6 points)
