Your role

Based at London Heathrow Airport, the Service Technician will perform maintenance duties to ensure optimal productivity, equipment availability, health & safety compliance, and quality standards. Responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining the condition of various installations
  2. Performing malfunction repairs, maintenance, and collaborating on preventive and periodic maintenance
  3. Resolving mechanical, electrical, and control technical faults
What we expect from you

As a Service Technician, your contribution to customer satisfaction is vital, with a focus on maintaining continuous customer processes. We value an enthusiastic, proactive, and flexible attitude. Our expectations include:

  1. Possession of a City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or higher in mechanical or electrical maintenance
  2. Willingness to work shifts, including nights
  3. Experience with maintenance planning
Preferred qualifications and experience
  • 18th Edition (BS 7671 / wiring regulations)
  • Experience in FMCG manufacturing or automated environments
  • Experience in training or coaching
