About Us

DairyFlow is a leading GEA dealership providing top-quality dairy equipment, automation, and servicing solutions to farms across Scotland. We are proud to support dairy producers with advanced milking technology, from conventional milking systems (CMS) to automated milking systems (AMS), tanks, and complete on-farm solutions.

We are currently looking for a reliable and hands-on Service Technician to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing and maintaining a range of dairy equipment on farms — including GEA milking systems (both CMS and AMS), milk cooling tanks, liners, pulsation systems, and more. This is a customer-facing role that requires technical know-how, attention to detail, and a passion for keeping dairy operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine servicing and maintenance of conventional and automated GEA milking systems

  • Conduct liner and rubberware changes, pulsator checks, and system hygiene inspections

  • Service and maintain milk tanks, cooling systems, and associated equipment

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults

  • Ensure all work is completed to GEA standards and complies with dairy hygiene regulations

  • Maintain accurate service records and provide customer support and technical advice

  • Participate in on-call rota for emergency breakdown support (shared within team)

Your Profile / Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Mechanical or electrical background (qualification preferred but not essential)

  • Previous experience in dairy equipment servicing is an advantage

  • Comfortable working on farms and interacting with customers

  • Good problem-solving skills and a hands-on, practical mindset

  • Full UK driving licence (or equivalent)

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
