Working hours:

Monday - Friday 09:30 to 19:00 and Alternative Saturdays 09:30 to 14:30

The Role of a Service Technician in our Heathrow CDC
  1. Service and repair our full range of hire equipment and tools, maintaining quality, safety, reliability, and availability of hire stock in a cost-effective manner.
  2. Maintain and ensure maximum workshop productivity in line with company targets.
  3. Advise on product defects related to health and safety and equipment reliability.
  4. Maintain and update service records on the internal computerised system (Spanner/ DSP) and populate daily worksheets.
  5. Experience in maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment.
  6. Possess a positive attitude, solution-driven mindset, and good problem-solving skills.
  7. Strong communication and organisational skills.
  8. Proficiency with computer systems and numerical skills are essential; experience with manual handling is beneficial.
