Job description

Service Technician / Workshop Engineer / Calibration Engineer required to join a leading, global engineering manufacturer.

The successful candidate will provide mechanical repair, service, calibration, and testing of industrial engineering equipment such as filters, hydraulic systems, pumps, condition monitoring products, bearings, and more at the workshop in Evesham. Full product training will be provided.

Ideally, candidates will have an engineering background in mechanical systems. Calibration experience is desirable but not essential.

Role
  • Provide mechanical repair, service, calibration, and testing of industrial engineering equipment at the workshop in Evesham. Full product training provided.
  • Perform general maintenance, fault diagnosis, and re-calibration of condition monitoring products and systems.
  • Identify and recommend system improvements, upgrades, or aftercare solutions for filtration, hydraulics, and condition monitoring products.
  • Work at the workshop near Evesham and liaise with various engineering departments.
Requirements
  • Proven service skills on mechanical engineering systems.
  • Experience as a Service Engineer / Technician / Workshop Engineer / Calibration Engineer or similar, preferably with mechanical equipment.
  • Mechanical engineering qualification such as Apprentice trained, HNC, HND, or equivalent is advantageous.
  • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and test procedures is desirable.
  • Must be able to commute to the workshop near Evesham.
