Job Title: Service Technician
Location: Hersham, Surrey Area
Salary: Depending on Experience Up to 19ph

A leading organisation within the Turfcare Industry is seeking an Service Technician to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform servicing and repairs on equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic faults.
• Maintain professional, customer-focused interactions to represent the brand positively.
• Record all service and repair activities accurately.
• Proactively address customer issues and ensure high-quality repairs.
• Follow safe working practices and use protective equipment as required.
• Communicate complex issues to the Service Manager and relay parts requirements promptly.
• Keep service vehicles clean and well-maintained.
• Attend product and technical training sessions to stay updated on industry developments.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
