Mettler Toledo Rainin is currently looking for a Service Technician in Bristol, Pennsylvania to work in our Service Depot. As our Service Technician, you will test, clean, repair, reassemble and calibrate pipettes to ensure they are conforming to our quality standards and ready for our customers. Your responsibilities would include:

  1. Conducting mechanical and electronic measurements, recording results, and inspecting serviced pipettes against established quality and performance parameters.
  2. Reassembling and calibrating pipettes to meet manufacturer standards, ensuring all repair work meets necessary guidelines.
  3. Prioritizing orders and expediting them through our database system, following customers' specific order requests.
  4. Focusing on meeting our service levels and turnaround time commitments which may include working overtime as needed.
  5. Completing all related reports and data entry into our automated system.

What you need to succeed:

  1. A high school diploma or GED with at least three months of related work experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging.
  2. Previous knowledge or work experience with pipettes is desirable.
  3. A strong mechanical background.
  4. A commitment to company safety policies to keep yourself, your coworkers, and the workplace operating effectively and safely.
