Service Technician

Responsibilities:

• Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs
• Coordinate with Parts department to obtain necessary parts
• Update service manager and service advisor on repair timelines and completion
• Identify upsell opportunities and communicate them to the service advisor

Requirements:

• MMI Graduate or 3+ years of dealership experience
• Knowledge of all aspects of motorcycle repair
• Own your own tools for service, repair, and customization in accordance with factory specifications
• Maintain technical qualifications through web-based and instructor-led training
• Team player, self-motivated, with good communication skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR
• Drug-free and acceptable background check
• Motorcycle endorsement – free riding academy available
• Commitment to professional development and personal growth
