Store - PHI-WARRINGTON, PA

Join our friendly customer service team at Michaels! Help customers shop, find products, and enjoy a fast checkout experience. Assist with truck unloading, merchandise recovery, and store maintenance to ensure a well-stocked and inviting store environment.

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions
• Ensure quick and friendly checkout; handle cash transactions professionally
• Promote and enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards
• Educate about Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys
• Support Omni channel processes like BOPIS and SFS
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram setup
• Maintain merchandise recovery and store recovery standards
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety initiatives
• Follow SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance
• Interact respectfully with customers and team members; promote a positive store environment
• Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Retail and customer service experience preferred

Physical Requirements

• Stand for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform bending, lifting, and reaching tasks
• Lifting heavy boxes and using ladders or equipment to access high shelves

Work Environment

• Climate-controlled store; some outdoor work and non-climate-controlled stock rooms
• Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings
