Responsibilities

  • Manage all service telephone and walk-in enquiries.
  • Greet customers, qualify, and identify their needs for vehicle drop-off.
  • Progress and update customers throughout the day.
  • Discuss and upsell additional work to customers.
  • Advise and forward diarised unsold work.
  • Carry out inspections as necessary prior to handover to customers.
