A leading automotive group in Canterbury seeks a Service Team Leader with proven dealership experience. The role offers the chance for progression to Assistant Service Manager, focusing on team performance, managing KPIs, and delivering top-notch customer service within a busy environment.
Service Team Leader
Basic £30k with £36k OTE
Canterbury
Permanent/Full Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings which are paid at £120 per Saturday on top of the basic. The Saturdays are included in the above OTE figure.
Our client, a main dealer group in the Canterbury area, is on the lookout for an experienced Service Team Leader to join their busy team. There is great scope of progression, with the idea of this role progressing into an Assistant Service Manager position.
To successfully apply for this role, you will need to have previous experience in Service role within a main dealership, along with a stable CV.
