Are you a hands-on team leader with a background in technical service, engineering, or medical devices? We're working with a well-established and highly respected provider of precision medical instruments used across clinics, hospitals, and research environments globally. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Technical Service Team Leader to join their UK-based service operations.

In this key role, you'll lead a small but skilled team of technical service engineers supporting industry-leading diagnostic and surgical equipment. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, the

Technical Service Team Leader will play a vital part in driving service performance, delivering exceptional customer support, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and support the Technical Service Team to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate and provide hands-on assistance with repairs, commissioning, and technical support for specialist medical equipment.
  • Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic changes.
  • Ensure service delivery aligns with medical device regulations and internal QMS protocols.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to meet wider business goals.
