Location: Home-based, with regular travel across Southern UK Service Depots
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
Salary: GBP48,000 GBP50,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience)

We are seeking a highly motivated Service Support Manager South with a strong background in forklifts, HGVs, plant, or similar service sectors. If you're passionate about standards, people, and service efficiency, we want to hear from you.
What You ll Do:Champion Health & Safety, Calibration, and compliance across all Southern UK service locations.
Conduct monthly compliance meetings and audits in collaboration with local service managers.
Track and maintain accurate compliance records, KPIs, and project documentation.
Support engineers and managers with systems such as Praxedo, SharePoint, and service-specific platforms.
Coordinate infrastructure support, new starter inductions, and ongoing process improvements.
Monitor and resolve non-compliances within agreed timeframes.
Proven experience in a technical service environment ideally in HGV, plant, forklift, or related industries.
Excellent coordination, organisation, and communication skills.
Comfortable using digital tools and performance data to drive outcomes.
Willingness to travel regularly across the South of the UK.
A reasonably clean UK driving licence is essential.
IOSH Managing Safely or other Health & Safety certification is highly desirable.
