Viewpoint is seeking a proactive Service Support Administrator to join the Assets Team. You will deliver outstanding customer service, coordinate repairs and service requests, and provide accurate administrative support.
Reporting to the Service Support Senior, you will maintain records, work with contractors, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and help create a positive, solution-focused service culture at our offices in Edinburgh.

Reporting to theService Support Senior, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our tenants, residents and customers receive the right support at the right time. You'll work closely with contractors and colleagues across the organisation to resolve enquiries quickly, coordinate services effectively and deliver positive outcomes for our customers.
You'll also provide comprehensive administrative support to our Assets Team, helping to keep our services running smoothly while ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

Please be aware there is a business requirement to work 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4.30pm on a Friday to provide the expected level of customer service. Whilst this is a hybrid post, working within your team there will be an expectation you will be based at our offices on a regular basis
