Service Administration Assistant - Health & CAre
Location:Frimley, Camberley, Surrey GU16
Salary:£22,932 per annum, pro rata
Hours: 7 per week (Can be two part days or one full day within the working week - Monday to Friday - no weekend option)
Contract: Fixed term contract until 31st March 2026

Within the team, you will assist the Health and Care Services in Frimley and the wider Business Support team across Surrey.
What will a day in the life of a Service Administration Assistant involve?
  • Providing efficient, professional assistance to colleagues, members of the public and external organisations.
  • Supporting team with data entry (BRM) and preparing reports with great accuracy.
  • Being confident answering telephone enquiries.
  • General administrative duties, including dealing with incoming and outgoing emails.
  • Organising meetings and taking notes.
  • Working alongside a team of five staff reporting to the Service Coordinator.

What do you need to be a successful Service Administration Assistant?

  • Strong communication skills.Ability to deliver clear communications both verbally and in writing.
  • Confident using the computer and have good typing skills.
  • Experience in dealing with telephone enquiries in a competent manner.
  • Enthusiasm about customer service whilst maintaining great attention to detail.
  • Excellent general administration skills.
  • IT literacy, particularly with Microsoft packages.
