Are you a Service Supervisor or similar from an Electrical background looking to step into a brand-new role, offering plenty of autonomy and recognition, handling the UK service function for a globally recognised manufacturer?

Are you looking for an exciting new challenge, where you will be recognised as the company's go-to specialist, handling technical support and service enquiries?

In this office-based role you will be handling 4 Service Engineers and dealing with their technical enquiries, sorting and selecting spare parts, along with managing service contracts. You will be given full product training allowing you to become the technical expert in the UK, with the support of the European head office.

This company manufacture, service, and maintain a range of commercial catering equipment and are a subsidiary of a global conglomerate which operate in almost every continent. They pride themselves on extremely high staff retention due to valuing their employees and continuously developing them.

This role would suit a Service Supervisor or similar from an electrical background, looking for a diverse and interesting role as the leading specialist in the business.

The Role:

• Overseeing 4 Service Engineers across the UK
• Providing technical support and managing service contracts
• Organising and selecting spare parts for specialist equipment
• Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm, finish at 4pm on Friday
