Join our dynamic family-run airport hospitality business as Crew Member / Service Specialist for our takeaway Seoul Bird.

We are a family-run UK business operating food and beverage outlets at airports, delivering exceptional experiences for all our customers. We are looking for committed and enthusiastic individuals to join our team.

As a Crew Member / Service Specialist, you’ll be a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic team player, passionate about food and beverages and committed to providing exceptional customer service. This is an hourly paid role, and shifts may include early morning starts (e.g., 3 a.m.) or late finishes (e.g., the last flight). There is no requirement for split or double shifts.

The Role
Duties
  • Serving customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner, addressing any requirements or concerns.
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage products available.
  • Preparing the best fried chicken dishes in Edinburgh.
Requirements
To Succeed In This Role, You’ll Have
  • A good level of general education, including English and Maths.
  • A willingness to learn about health and safety and food standard requirements.
  • The ability to follow processes and maintain service levels under pressure.

  • Provide proof of their right to work in the UK.
  • Hold an Airport Security ID Pass, which we will assist with. The application process requires the production of a valid passport, a criminal record check, and five years of personal and employment references.
