Role Summary

  • This post will be responsible for the day-to-day management of medical staffing rotas.
  • This post will ensure excellent planning, negotiating, and organization to provide adequate staffing cover, including staff with external contractual commitments.
  • This post will provide high-quality personal assistance to the management team, including administrative support in their absence, working independently.

  • Support medical staffing recruitment processes.
  • Assist in processing invoicing for department needs.
  • Ensure additional claim forms are processed and maintain key working relationships with Payroll department.
  • Oversee sickness monitoring in coordination with the senior clinical and management team.

Working Hours per week: Full and part-time positions available.
