About the role

The Service Receptionist is the first point of phone contact for our service guests ensuring timely and accurate service bookings. The role requires you to have a friendly, enthusiastic and professional approach. The role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated and prefers a back-office role.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Answer telephone, screen and direct calls in a professional manner
  2. Process service bookings in the Tune system
  3. Process special purchase orders in conjunction with the parts department
  4. Other regular administrative activities, data entry, and use of computer systems

Skills and Experience

  1. Friendly demeanour and can-do attitude
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Well presented, reliable and punctual
  4. Able to manage a high volume of incoming calls
  5. Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  6. Experience using Microsoft Office, software and telephone systems
  7. Drivers Licence
