Overview

Service Reception Manager Required for a Family Run Car Garage in Leatherhead, Surrey.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM. Overtime paid for Saturdays worked on a rota basis. Salary: Up to £40,000 basic, with On Target Earnings of £46,000.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Managing customer bookings, scheduling vehicle services, and coordinating with the workshop team.
  • Preparing and reviewing estimates for mechanical work, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
  • Communicating with customers, providing updates on vehicle progress and explaining services performed.
  • Handling invoicing, payment processing, and ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Supporting the Garage Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining high service standards.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with loyal and returning customers.
