Overview

Service Reception Manager required for a family-run automotive garage in Leatherhead, Surrey. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM. Overtime paid for Saturdays on a rota basis. Salary: up to £40,000 basic, with on-target earnings of £46,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Manage customer bookings, schedule vehicle services, and coordinate with the workshop team.
  • Prepare and review estimates for mechanical work, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
  • Communicate with customers, provide updates on vehicle progress, and explain services performed.

  • Support the Garage Manager in overseeing daily operations and maintaining high service standards.
