Description

The Services Product Marketing Manager (PMM) is responsible for a wide range of service-related business activities. Our PMMs optimize product line service market share, revenue, and profitability throughout the product lifecycle.

They drive service activities from the early phases of product design through to product maturity, ensuring our customers enjoy maximum value, productivity, and long service life of KLA's products. PMMs play a highly collaborative leadership role within KLA Services and the overall organization, engaging regularly with product divisions, sales teams, marketing groups, field service organizations, and customers worldwide.

The responsibilities of the PMM include:

  1. Establishing and communicating comprehensive service strategies for each product line, guiding activities across various functions, regions, and divisions.
  2. Setting revenue targets and developing plans to achieve them.
  3. Participating in design reviews, developing requirements for design-for-service, and contributing to the product's service business roadmap to ensure performance in reliability, availability, cost of service, among others.
  4. Leading the execution of service revenue plans and making adjustments as needed, with regular progress reviews.
  5. Creating service programs, pricing strategies, and revenue targets for new products, along with supporting collateral for customer engagement.
  6. Understanding each product’s use-case within the fab to align service strategies accordingly.
  7. Defining enhanced service offerings, including fleet management and data analytics, incorporating innovative technologies like AI and machine learning.
  8. Driving cross-functional programs for product improvements, monitoring costs, and managing critical field issues.
  9. Working directly with tool end-users and field teams to identify unmet needs and demonstrate service value.
  10. Researching competitive offerings and positioning KLA solutions to maximize value.
  11. Ensuring internal systems accurately reflect all service products and options.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science degree or higher; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • MBA or business/marketing education preferred.
  • Extensive industrial experience, particularly in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Proven track record in sales or marketing roles with business ownership experience.
  • Experience in direct customer engagement and international business.
  • Ability to work effectively across departments with limited resources.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, hardworking, and team-oriented.
