Our client is a well-renowned business, offering calibration services to multiple industries across the UK. Part of a large global organisation, this company has nearly 40 years of experience in manufacturing and ensuring compliance for a wide range of electrical test and measurement equipment. With a large team of technicians and engineers, this business provides calibration services both in-house and on-site, as well as product servicing, spares, and repairs.

The Role

Due to business growth, we are looking to hire an experienced Calibration Services Product Manager to join the team. Reporting to the Quality Lead, the Calibration Services Product Manager will play a pivotal role in the business by overseeing the calibration of tools and equipment, and defining and executing the product vision and strategy. This involves working with the wider team to develop and deliver new service offerings and identifying opportunities for product improvements. Given the highly regulated environment, the Calibration Services Product Manager will be responsible for maintaining proper calibration records and traceability to the highest standards. The role also includes overseeing a team of 8 on-site engineers.

The Candidate

• Proven experience working in the electrical testing sector
• In-depth knowledge of calibration processes, ISO 17025 standards, and equipment
• Deep understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards
• Strong analytical skills
• Outstanding project management skills with a proven ability to plan, execute, and manage complex projects
• Ability to develop and implement product strategies
