An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join the Trent 1000 and 7000 Sales & Operations Planning team as a Service Parts Planner.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a team accountable for forecasting over £500m of parts demand every year.
The successful candidate will carry out the parts planning, forecasting and inventory management activities required to support a wide range of customer, overhaul, repair and distribution networks. Other key activities include working closely with external and internal stakeholders (used material / supply chain) to understand part policies/ usage, developing new approaches and recommendations to improve financial performance and demand accuracy.
Whilst maintaining an operational focus on emerging risk to MRO overhaul activities.
The successful candidate will be comfortable in working across multi-functional teams, obtaining and challenging information to determine root causes, making decisions through risk-based analysis to ensure cost-effective corrective solutions are put in place and taking ownership to drive investigations and actions to conclusion. including Engineering, Engine Clearance, Repair Services and Supply Chains based in the UK and overseas.
