  1. ServiceNow Sales And Order Management/Network Inventory Management expert - Experienced ServiceNow resource.
  2. Minimum 6 Years -12 Years in collaborating with teams to understand their requirements and pain points, translating them into functional specifications.
  3. Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules to optimize legal service processes such as Sales And Order Management/Network Inventory Management.
  4. Implement best practices for legal service management using ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals.
  5. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the implemented solutions.
  6. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the implementation phase.
  7. Collaborate with technical teams to define integrations with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow.
  8. Stay updated with ServiceNow platform advancements and legal industry trends, incorporating them into the solution design.
  9. Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing their queries and issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
  10. Document processes, configurations, and solutions to create comprehensive user guides and training materials.
  11. Proven 6+ years experience as a functional consultant or business analyst in legal services management.
  12. In-depth understanding of processes and workflows within organizations.
  13. Strong expertise in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform for legal service management.
  14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  15. Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
