We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team for a 12-month developmental secondment as Corporate Service Manager, playing a pivotal role in driving forward our Outpatient Transformation Programme and wider initiatives to improve quality and experience and service delivery across the Trust.

As part of this role, you will work with all Clinical Service Units to standardise practice and improve pathways. You will contribute to embedding GIRFT best practice principles and ensure alignment with collaborative programmes across the West Yorkshire Association of Acute Trusts (WYAAT), working across organisational boundaries to deliver sustainable improvements.
Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating projects within the Outpatient Transformation Programme, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved. You will support the development and delivery of Trust-wide performance improvement initiatives, aligning with strategic priorities and system-wide programmes. You will also embed GIRFT best practice recommendations into outpatient redesign and performance improvement workstreams, and provide high-quality project and programme management support.

The Service Manager will manage a complex programme of interdependent projects across clinical service units, ensuring development of financially affordable solutions to capacity and quality issues that affect multiple areas of the Trust. You will work in partnership with clinical staff, commissioners, managers, and users to lead the redesign of services and business processes.
